simondp Over 6 years as principal of an RYA sailing and powerboat centre, I have enjoyed responsibility for all levels of tuition and the delivery of 4-month fast track programmes around Britain and Ireland. I have also skippered a range of private and commercial yachts and worked with youth sailing initiatives such as Duke of Edinburgh expedition weeks and the Ocean Youth Trust. This wide-ranging experience – mostly around UK and eastern North Atlantic waters - has equipped me with the leadership, team management and all-round skippering capabilities fit for most sailing conditions and crews. With numerous round Britain trips and an extensive log book under my arm, I am keen now to apply this experience and a personable team leadership approach to larger yacht sailing. I am eager to keep building on my formal qualifications appropriately (intend to upgrade my First Aid and Sea Survival qualifications shortly to STCW95, together with any other vocational qualifications required), all the time retaining the personal touch, commitment and drive for excellence fed back to me by novice students and industry professionals alike.

KellyC I am looking to help crew on a boat for January and February 2014. Although my timeframe is limited, I'm confident that I would be an excellent addition to any boat. I have learned to sail on San Francisco Bay, I am a great cook (or so I'm told!) and have an adventurous, fun-loving spirit. I have 10+ years of hospitality experience, cooking and managing a kitchen serving 60+ guests 3 meals daily, and as a result, I'm very customer-service oriented. I have a strong work ethic and work very well within a team structure. I come from a Communications background, and will be returning in March to work full-time again for America\'s Cup, hence my limited time. Please contact for further questions.

M.Hall92 I am from Brisbane Australia. I'm an extremely hard worker and ready for a career change. I currently work on trucks and I would be more suited in the engine room; I have no trade certificates but have certificates for both mechanical and electrical. I am currently an instructor for Australian Navy Cadets and have a very strong knowledge of boats and seamanship. I am currently trying to figure out what courses I would like to undertake through the Australian Maritime Collage. A bit more about me..... I do my work to the highest standard and as quickly as possible without effecting the quality of my work. I'm very reliable and work great in a team or as a team leader. I have very good people skills and have the ability to lift a teams moral. I may not have the qualifications like other people but I have an amazing work ethic and I will not disappoint.

jillsaf I am a born adventurer, travelling is my passion in life and being a lover of the ocean I would love to combine these two things as a crew member. I have a lot of skills to offer, my background is primarily in customer service roles which would make me an ideal candidate for taking care of guests. I can cook very well and as a beginner on-board ship I would be more than happy to undertake a cleaning role. I am degree educated, well-travelled and can pretty much turn my hand to anything! I hope you will see potential in me and allow me the chance to become a valuable member of the crew!
