lovaszm My dream is to buy a cruiser and sail around where ever we wish, with my family. First of all I need to gain more experience, so I hope I can be a beneficial crew member on many trips in the future. This is my first step to reach my goal. I sail since I born :) My father and mother sailed on the Lake Balaton every Summer, we made countless trips there. After 15 years we turned to the Mediterranian: mostly Aegean, Ionian, Adriatics. So, it is a family tradition I suppose. My longest passage without stops: 2 days on sea from Kalymnos to Santorini (Aegean Sea). 12 days on Lake Balaton on the Balaton Marathon competition.

Seasoned Professional Team

Age: 57
Gender: Male
Last logged in: 881 days ago

sailian89 Hello from Captains Ian and Cindy: After 4+ years with the same owner on an Oyster 655; he has decided to sell his yacht so we are looking. He has provided us an excellent reference. We are a seasoned couple with well over 12 years experience and100,000 nautical miles together; not combined. We have been solo crew on motor and sailing yachts to 85 feet (27 meters), and been 2nd officer and Chief Stew on a 175' Feadship (53 meters). Keeping a yacht in bristol condition and working with diverse people is our idea of a great life. We have sailed together in the Caribbean, Atlantic, South Pacific, and Indian Oceans; the Mediterranean Sea and Great Lakes. This includes, cruising from the Caribbean to and through the Mediterranean; from Maine to Mexico; Alaska to Costa Rica; Hawaii to New Zealand including Tahiti, Tonga, and Fiji. Ian holds his 200 ton Yacht Master, and has also sailed 3,000nm around Australia. Cindy holds a 100 ton USCG license, is a Registered Nurse, and an excellent cook. Ian is an advanced diver (Stress & Rescue, SSA) and Cindy has her PADI certification. We plan to work in the yachting industry for another ten years, then retire to our own sailboat and circumnavigate. We both have MBA's which helps with yacht management, and Cindy's emergency room nursing background has proven critical in the past. Our references are excellent. Our last employer called us the "perfect crew".

ashleigh.turner@live.co.uk Having completed my second season, I am keen to progress further in my yachting career. I feel comfortable in the stewardess role, having worked by myself and as part of a team, I feel confident in all aspects of the job. With experience on both private and charter yachts, I am used to the heavy demands and long hours and understand the daily running of a super yacht both with guests on and off. My yachting experience has not been limited to the interior; I am a competent cook, having cooked for up to six guests as well as crew. I also have experience on deck as well. I am an exceptionally motivated young individual with a keen eye for detail who is no stranger to hard work and long hours.

Crew from UK to Panama

Age: 61
Gender: Female
Last logged in: 883 days ago

Crew4Fun Hello, I am once again cruising as of DEC 13, 2014. My experience includes sailing from Mexico to New Zealand Beginning in NOV 2011. I returned to the USA to make some money and to better organize/minimize personal belongings in Nov 2012. After 32 years in nursing, I retired as of DEC 2014. I enjoy living aboard, experiencing both the peaceful, quiet times, as well as, the wild, exciting times. I still want to visit Australia and go visit the countries to the north, China, Japan, Vietnam. I prefer a boat 45' or longer. I have crewed on a 52' Amel, some 9000 nautical miles; on a 46' Hylas through the Kingdom of Tonga to New Zealand; then on another 53' Amel from Panama to the DR. My preference is to join a SV with multiple crew aboard. I love the cruising life and look forward to finding a more permanent live aboard SV. My passion is sailing with additional enjoyments from cooking, hiking, cycling, visiting archeological sites and snorkeling. I am an avid reader. My friends say my cooking is delicious, plus I am rarely seasick so I can cook underway. Enjoy an evening-sunset toddy (however no all day drinkers, please). Love movies and hiking into local villages. I appreciate the on-going need for assistance and patience for 'boat projects/maintenance and am always ready and willing to assist with whatever.

Beginner Stewardess looking for entry level job!

Age: 26
Gender: Female
Last logged in: 883 days ago

KeBoss I realize do not have direct maritime catering/hospitality experience, however, I am eager to learn fast and have experience in onshore hospitality services. With this knowledge & my fast learning abilities I believe I would be a good addition to any yacht crew / catering staff. my goal is to be become a highly skilled, all-round Stewardess. And I’m willing to go beyond the call of duty to achieve this goal. While working a desk-job as a designer I changed course already a bit by going back to our family business to be a housekeeper. This to have more movement and action in my daily life. After having spent 5 weeks on an offshore accommodation vessel to apply wall decals & decoration, I realized I wanted to change my course again and work at sea. My love of the sea, a happy crew, cleanliness & order and extreme dislike of sitting around all day are combined to create the perfect fit for this job. I am a hard worker, used to long hours, heavy lifting, not afraid of dirty or difficult tasks. I am flexible, adaptable to any (new) situation and like linens without creases. I am aware of the high level of safety in the yachting industry, and will follow all safety procedures and protocols. Cleaning is my second nature and I enjoy working in a team as much as I do alone. I love to learn new things and working with a knowledgeable crew to teach me! Certification: STCW Basic Safety - Security Awareness - Seafarer Med. Cert. - HACCP Level 2 Interested in me and want to receive my full CV + Certification? Send me an email: [removed]
